Kaitlyn founded AK Landscaping after years of hands-on work with coastal properties in the region, and she still leads the planning stage of most projects personally. She focuses on making sure every plan reflects both the site’s natural conditions and the property owner’s actual day-to-day needs.

Founder & Lead Designer
Marcus oversees the hands-on execution of grading, planting, and feature installation across most of our larger projects. His background in soil management helps the team address drainage issues before they become bigger problems.

Senior Landscape Technician
Sofia focuses on plant selection and garden bed layout, drawing on years of experience with coastal growing conditions. She works closely with property owners to match plantings to both the site and their everyday preferences.

Garden Design Specialist
Derek coordinates scheduling and on-site logistics, making sure projects move through their phases smoothly and on a realistic timeline. He also manages our ongoing maintenance visits for returning clients.
